#10yearsago Was in Portland, OR, staying with friends in a house lacking a heater. Quite cold. For Y2K, at a house party, fairly uneventful.

Stuck at home while the plumbers replace the water heater in my place. This also means no access to shower or bathroom. Joyous.

Just watched the film “Paranormal Activity.” Wow, that sucked. Why was that film so popular? Horrible, what a waste of time.

Christmas in SoCal is a bit surreal, i must admit. This Christmas morning, I scrubbed a frying pan quite thoroughly. Quite a gift, eh?
